Even in Shut Down Mode, the Port Townsend Paper Mill Uses 1 to 3 millions of gallons a day. They certainly use more than all of Port Townsend Needs, and this is only to keep it SHUT DOWN and yet still ready to go. - The Port Townsend Paper Mill is NOT a Good Fit for Port Townsend. - 325 jobs is not NEAR what will come here if the mill stench and toxins are gone.
