This Whale was found DIRECTLY accross from the Port Townsend Paper Mill. I am NOT saying that the Paper Mill of Port Townsend Directly Caused This, however, Port Townsend Paper and other industries like it POISON the air, the water, and the Soil and they are damaging the ecosystem that is a fact, one in which Jefferson County seems to have to ignore for the SMELL OF MONEY.
